These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your engagement of our home theater installation services and are governed by the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Enquiries and bookings may be submitted through our website, by email or by telephone. A booking constitutes an offer to purchase our installation services. No contract exists between you and Clearresourcezone until we have sent you written confirmation, whether by email or other durable medium, setting out the scope of work, the scheduled date and the agreed price.
Prior to confirming your order, we will provide you with a clear description of the installation services to be performed, including equipment compatibility requirements, estimated duration and any preparatory work expected of you as the customer.
All prices quoted are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Our quoted price covers labour for the installation of home theater equipment, standard mounting hardware and basic system configuration, as specified in your order confirmation.
The following are excluded from standard quotes unless expressly agreed in writing: structural modifications, electrical rewiring, purchase of audiovisual equipment itself, and any works identified as necessary only after an on-site survey.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We may request a deposit prior to scheduling, with the balance due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your order confirmation.
If you are a consumer booking our services from a distance (for example, online or by phone), you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of confirming your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you request that installation begin before this period expires, you acknowledge that you may lose your cancellation right once the work is completed, and you may be liable for a reasonable charge for services already performed.

We aim to resolve any dissatisfaction with our installation work promptly. If you are unhappy with the services provided, please notify us in writing within a reasonable time, describing the issue. We will investigate and respond within 14 days, offering repair, re-performance or other appropriate remedy consistent with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with any installation contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant services. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, unless such loss arises from our negligence causing death or personal injury, or from fraud, for which our liability is not excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
Our website sets only one cookie, named privacy_choice, which records your cookie
consent preference for a period of one year. We do not use analytics cookies, tracking scripts
or third-party advertising cookies on general browsing pages. Advertising measurement tools, if
applicable, operate only after you have given consent and only on the order confirmation page.
